Refund Policy

This policy outlines the conditions under which GraB iTT! will provide refunds or credits for orders placed through our Service.
1. Eligibility for Refund
- Order Cancellation by User:
- Full Refund (Order & Delivery Fee): If the order is cancelled before the partner vendor has started preparing the order and before the rider has been dispatched.
- Partial Refund (Order Only): If the order is cancelled after the vendor has started preparation, but before the rider has been dispatched. The delivery fee will be forfeited.
- Non-Delivery/Mistake:
- If the order is cancelled by GraB iTT! or the vendor due to item unavailability, a full refund will be issued.
- If a delivered item is incorrect, missing, or materially damaged upon receipt, a full or partial refund for the affected item(s) will be issued upon verification.
2. Items Not Eligible for Refund
- Customer Error: Refunds will not be issued for non-delivery caused by inaccurate address details or failure to receive the order after the 5-minute rider wait time.
- Quality Disagreement: Minor variations in a food item’s preparation or taste are not grounds for a refund, as GraB iTT! does not prepare the food.
- Minor Delays: Refunds are not provided solely based on delivery time, provided the rider completed the delivery promptly after collection.
3. Processing Refunds
- All refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the delivery time.
- Refunds will typically be processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank's policies.
- GraB iTT! reserves the right to issue account credits instead of direct refunds where applicable.
