Welcome to GraB iTT! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of GraB iTT!'s website and mobile application (the "Service"). By accessing this Service, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use GraB iTT! if you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

1. Services Provided

GraB iTT! operates as a delivery platform connecting users with local vendors (restaurants, grocery stores, retail shops, and farm supply centers) within a 10km radius. We act solely as a facilitator for ordering and delivery.

2. User Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service or have parental consent.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details.
  • GraB iTT! reserves the right to terminate accounts, refuse service, or cancel orders at its sole discretion.

3. Orders and Pricing

  • All prices for products and delivery fees are listed on the platform. Delivery fees are non-refundable once the rider has been dispatched.
  • GraB iTT! is not responsible for errors in product pricing or availability made by third-party vendors.
  • In the event a product is unavailable, we will attempt to contact the customer for a suitable substitute or issue a refund for that item.

4. Delivery Protocol

  • The customer must ensure the delivery address and contact information are accurate. Failure to do so may result in order cancellation and forfeiture of the delivery fee.
  • Riders are instructed to wait a maximum of five (5) minutes at the delivery location before cancelling the order due to a non-responsive customer.
  • GraB iTT! is not responsible for property damage caused by external factors (weather, traffic, etc.) that delay delivery beyond the estimated time.

5. Prohibited Items

The Service must not be used to order or deliver any illegal, hazardous, age-restricted (without proper ID verification), or oversized items that cannot fit safely within the delivery vehicle.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GraB iTT! will not be liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.
